Aaron Wallender

Aaron has been in the insurance business for 13 years. He began his career working in the Medicare sales department for United Healthcare. After several years and a few different roles at UHC, he decided he wanted to branch out on his own and help those in and around his community.
His passion is to make sure his clients are taken care of with all their insurance needs, both before and after the sale. Most important, Aaron wants to educate everyone on their options and make sure they are comfortable and satisfied with their decision.
When he’s not working (which is rare!), Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, their 2 daughters and 3 dogs. He also is an avid golfer, self-proclaimed sports fanatic, and even moonlights in a role with the Green Bay Packers on game days.
Joel Heintz
Joel has been a licensed agent with Northern Advantage for 2 years. As an independent agent who is appointed with the majority of health insurance carriers, he relishes the ability to help his clients truly find the coverage that fits them the best.
He very much enjoys helping clients explore all of their options and build a solution that meets their needs in terms of care, coverage and cost. You may find him out in our communities assisting folks with their needs at food pantries, hosting bingo events in retiree facilities or manning a health insurance table at local stores.
Joel’s main goal is to always be helping others and being a reliable source for them. He loves getting out into the community and helping folks make sense of healthcare and their insurance needs.
Born and raised in a small Wisconsin town, he has called Green Bay home for the last 23 years after graduating from UW-Green Bay and has worked in roles assisting others during for most of that time. He is an avid golfer and enjoys watching our Wisconsin professional and college sports teams in his free time.
Steve Bassetto
Steve has been in the financial services business for over 30 years. After completing his BA degree from University of Oshkosh, he earned his LUTCF destination (Life Underwriters Training Council).
He focuses his attention on helping people make smart decisions about their life and money. His desire to help people is key that helping uncover what really matters to his clients.
Once he understands what the client clearly wants, he goes to work to help formulate the best possible plan. Steve has a strong desire to see each one of my clients achieve whatever is important to them in their lives.
James Radish
James is an educator by trade and brings 20 years of education and coaching experience to the team. Though a newcomer to the insurance industry he brings knowledge and a unique perspective in working with Healthcare and Senior Benefits. His passion is educating his clients on the benefits available and finding the right health plan that fits their needs.
Originally from Sussex, Wisconsin, James has made the Green Bay area his home for the past 25 years. James and his wife Heidi spend most of their time chasing around their four sons. In his free time he loves to play golf and softball.
